Areas of Expertise
Talent
While we offer expertise in specific functional areas,we believe that to be successful, all areas of the school must act with a shared mission. We call this Unity of Purpose. This principle focuses on a key ingredient of any successful enterprise — its talent.
We offer careful evaluations of your staff, their attitudes and capabilities. You might be looking for the right skills for a new position. Or you’ve decided to change around responsibilities, but are not sure just how to proceed. An objective viewpoint can add valuable insight to your personnel decisions.
As executive search specialists, if you’re ready for a new hire, we’ve got the expertise to help. We’ve been in talent acquisition for over ten years, and have the professional recruiting skills needed to find the right person who is the right fit for the job.

Our expertise extends to the student services and collections areas of for-profit schools. We’ve solved problems and introduced new systems into these areas that have increased the school’s ability to work with students – upgrading the students’ experience with the school and raising retention.
We examine three key categories when analyzing these areas: Technology, Tolerances, and Talent.
Technology and systems must serve both the student and the institution effectively. Whether your systems include CRM software, a website portal for student self-service, or a predictive dialer, they should all be integrated and improve the student experience.
Tolerances are the levels at which you’re prepared to serve various categories of students, including varying tiers, thresholds, and standards of service. A needs analysis of this area includes an evaluation of the student groups you serve, and what levels of service they expect, along with your internal benchmarks of performance standards.
Talent includes a look at personnel assigned to the student services and collections areas. We evaluate their attitudes toward students, the school, and their jobs, as well as their levels of service and knowledge of performance expectations. Without highly motivated, well-trained representatives in these key areas, your service component will lack the high quality needed for long-term success.
Once the needs are identified, we prescribe the solutions and outcomes required — whether those include custom training programs, specific technology upgrades, or revamped tiers of service. Then we can guide you through the process to a successful, measurable improvement in your servicing capabilities.
